Commission Requests and Info

Hi hi!

First off, thank you for wanting me to be your artist to bring your idea to life. I am super honored that you think of me to fulfill such a role and I really hope that we get the chance to work on your project together!

Now, before you schedule a meeting to talk about your idea, please read the following notes:

My current rate for illustration work is $30/hr (USD). I base my commission prices off how many hours I expect a certain project to take after assessing it's complexity during our first meeting. My illustrations usually take 20-34 hours.

For reference, my piece titled "My Kitchen in Another Universe" took me 22 hours to complete. That piece used a reference photo. Using a reference photo makes the process much faster. In contrast, my work titled "Blue Nights" did not follow a single reference photo. Instead, it was compiled of many photos that I stitched together into a single illustration. For that reason it took me about 32 hours to complete. 

So please be aware, a clear and good looking reference photo will result in a quicker commission process.
